Transfer Student Modules Toolkit

Transfer students have completed 30 or more semester credits (or 45 quarter credits) prior to transferring to WSU. These credits can come from any combination of work at other colleges or universities, college in the high school credit, and AP or IB test credit.


Use the resources linked below while following along with the Transfer Student Pre-Registration Modules to create a draft first-semester schedule prior to your advising meeting.


To prepare for your advising meeting, bring a copy of:

  • The draft schedule you created during the Pre-Registration Module.
  • Copies of unofficial college transcripts even if you’ve already submitted official copies and AP or IB test scores. We CANNOT use high school transcripts when reviewing college credit.
  • A list of questions you have for the Carson College of Business Advising Team.
